During my @Robotaxi rides & tests I got help from  @DomRafaelJose & his friend Alvaro to do some direct head-to-head comparisons with a human-driven Uber, several Waymos & @Tesla Robotaxis from the same starting & ending points, in the same conditions, & at the same timeframes.

How do the services compare? Are there some surprising emerging efficiencies & competitive advantages that may put the Tesla ride hailing service in a strong position as it begins to expand and scale?
