⚡️ A New State Is Born — Within France

Supporters and opponents of New Caledonia's independence have signed a historic agreement.

🌍🤝 Although New Caledonia will remain partially dependent on Paris, it will now have the right to participate in international politics, and its citizens will be able to hold dual citizenship — both French and New Caledonian.
