They can now get married and he gets his passport back. No more court, no more prosecution, its completely over. The prosecutors just called his attorney and informed them. This may be the first time in history that the DOJ has dropped this high of a profile of a case mid trial. Thank you @AGPamBondi for doing the right thing, and keeping this family together and dropping this needless persecution.
