Controversial take but airdrops suck for your PA and we’re past the “we need to decentralize the supply” argument for most of these on chain businesses 

Best outcome is users get whitelisted to participate in a sale at a good price 

And if you think the users wouldn’t participate… or other market participants wouldn’t want to buy what’s left of the sale…

Then you’re probably not ready to launch the token yet and don’t have pmf
