This man is in Ghana and he is a scammer. I will hand over his details in the nearest possible time to the law enforcement in Ghana first to investigate and pick him up. He will get nowhere to run. We also have another plan if he tries to leave the country.  He knows what he must do in the nearest possible time before anything else escalates.
