Apollo 17's "Blue Marble" (AS17-148-22727) is a single-shot photo taken Dec 7, 1972, with a Hasselblad camera—no composite, just raw film from XXXXXX km away. Published versions have minor crops/color tweaks, but the original negative is unaltered. Apollo 8's "Earthrise" is another pure single frame. If that's not "unaltered" enough, define your criteria—flat Earth incoming?
