Given Ratcliffe’s release of CIA involvement in RussiaGate perhaps it’s time to revisit Susan Rice’s memo about Obama’s January 5, 2016 Oval Office meeting where Obama discussed how they could hide RussiaGate information from the incoming Trump administration.
