i’m so fucking tired of my adhd (undiagnosed but i know i’ve had it since i was a kid).
i have a million things to do, deadlines breathing down my neck, and i’m just staring at walls, scrolling, rotting.
my brain refuses to move when i need it the most. i’m so done.
i have no idea how to deal with it, feels like it’s worsening. send help.
