In Sept 2024, CoinDCX CEO said the exchange is run by Neblio Technologies Pvt. Ltd. an Indian company registered with FIU.

He assured that all user funds are handled by this Indian entity, and no foreign CoinDCX group entity has control over user assets.

He also mentioned that CoinDCX’s global operations are separate and do not interfere with Indian operations.

But now, WazirX’s new affidavit names a Lithuania-based CoinDCX entity.

So the question is if everything is handled by the Indian company, why is a foreign entity being mentioned in official legal filings?

@CoinDCX, @smtgpt, @CoinDCX_Cares team we need the clear answers.
