#WATCH Raipur, Chhattisgarh | On hike in electricity rates in Chhattisgarh, CM Vishnu Deo Sai says, "There has been an increase of XX to XX paise per unit in domestic electricity. We give the benefit of the 'Half Electricity Bill Scheme' to poor people, and similarly, an increase of XX paise per unit has been made for farmers. Our government gives free electricity up to XXXXX units in X HP and free electricity up to X HP. So it is not going to make any difference to domestic consumers or any of our people. Whatever burden will fall on them, the government will bear it."
