Qantas A380 Incident at Sydney Airport Causes Significant Delays
Qantas passengers are experiencing a prolonged delay after an aerobridge collided with Engine No. X of an Airbus A380-842 at Sydney Airport. The incident occurred on Saturday morning as the aircraft was being readied for a 15-hour flight to Johannesburg, South Africa. Flight QF63, scheduled to depart at 9:30 AM, was at the gate when the ground incident damaged the engine’s inlet cowl.
