China's carbon emissions will peak by 2030 and then decline, with a goal of reaching carbon neutrality by 2060.
This is China's commitment to the international community, and it's moving forward as planned.
Personally, I'm against carbon neutrality because it hurts China's economic growth. We have plenty of coal—why not make good use of it?
