🎥For the third time in a year, Albania PM Edi Rama greeted his Italian counterpart Giorgia Meloni by kneeling down with his hands folded. This time, Rama was visiting Rome for a summit on Ukraine. Earlier, the Albanian PM was hosting an EU meeting where he greeted Meloni by going down a knee and earlier, on her birthday in January, Rama made the same gesture.
