Thanks @Contrarian_WA I have updated my chart for the January 2025 acquisition. I get 28c and 22c. See below. Note - I cannot see their current cash position - do you know it? 

I agree on the comparison ASL is way more expensive as  an entry, for a lower Ag resource. Not sure why this is? 

Note that my model computes the AgEq based on current commodity prices so will be slightly different on any given day to the MRE's that are at a fixed point in time. 

Please check for me and then I will repost my graphs showing the corrected AVM.
