Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) has released a Preliminary Report on Air India B787-8 flight crash at Ahmedabad on 12th June; Jet fuel switches were "cut off mid-air X second apart", one of the pilots heard saying " I didnt cut off fuel".
