🚨 Air India Crash Preliminary Report OUT 🚨

• Both engines SHUT DOWN mid-air — fuel switches moved to CUTOFF
• Cockpit audio: One pilot asked “Why did you CUTOFF?” — other replied “I didn’t”
• Aircraft CRASHED just XX secs after takeoff
• RAT deployed = total power loss
• Engine X tried to RELIGHT, Engine X FAILED 
• Fuel clean, no weather or bird issues
• Both pilots medically fit, experienced
• FAA had flagged fuel switch flaw — Air India didn’t inspect
