Check out @CedarReseach comments on $AIZ -- who understands embedded insurance.  You cannot beat a landlord, dealer who steers its tenants to a carrier vs. having to acquire on the internet. @CedarReseach is one of the strongest/most thoughtful insurance analyst accounts I've ever seen.

Look at their operating margins, their LAE.  That is what $LMND promises in the real world.  And it explains why $LMND sells bullshit high churn, high CAC nonsense.
