We voted "No" to this proposal:
1、CW20's USTC differs from native staked LUNC. Reward distribution slows chain - tx speed by ≥ 10x.

2、Separate Anchor protocol can offer finance - mgmt functions.

3、Finance - mgmt and treasury shouldn't be the same entity.
