It is a place to showcase your knowledge to the world, but now you can mix it with a lil bit of personality and style.

I always encourage people around me to write more, because a lot of people are actually curious about what’s your job like. 

In fact, your expertise and experience can be very helpful to them in finding their direction (Eg, career path , research idea , market sentiment etc).

However, as many begins to aware of the benefit of being a popular CT voice, the landscape will become even more saturated. 

Reputation in this case matters the most.
