looks like everyone on X is buying the dip on $OSCR but paying no attention to $ROOT

Although undervalued, $OSCR has MLR caps, making their margins tight. Though $ROOT doesn't face those same regulatory requirements with auto insurance, with best in class loss ratios.

With $ROOT's efficient tech stack, they could achieve a XX% CR in the long term. In other words one $ROOT policy in absolute profit would equal multiple $OSCR policies in the long run.

$ROOT offers the same buy the dip opportunity with $ROOT being down XX% since its XX week high of $XXXXXX & down XX% from ATH of $XXXXXX despite being a multiple better company today.

With a forward P/E of less than 7, $ROOT could 5x today and still be cheap, and 10X today and still be cheaper than $RYAN
