Just a note: Individual NFL teams can determine if a player gets fined for skipping minicamp. However, if they skip training camp, it's out of team's hands and the player is automatically fined by the league. Last year, KC's Chris Jones was reportedly fined $XXXX million for his 51-day holdout.
