There is this strange narrative on X suggesting $MEG.TO Meg Energy ppl don't know what they are doing. In my view, and I know many that work there personally, these are some of the top technical talent folks in our industry. They did a very good job developing the asset, cutting costs and emissions and running one of the most efficient operations in the world when it comes to SAGD ops. Please see the net pay isopach map below, how the pads were developed as they efficiently exploited their resource with good long range planning. Currently one of least energy intensive thermal assets in Canada that require least emissions to be reduced per flowing barrel. 🫡🪒
