$MTUM is the Momentum Factor, and it has been trending down since the start of July. See pic. This, along with a declining cRSI do confirm the market is running out of steam / momentum. It lost the oomph it had leading into the end of quarter window dressing event on 06/30.
This oftentimes is a pre-cursor to a sell-off in equities.
Die-hard bulls, you may choose to take note of this.
