🇺🇸 U.S. COURT: NO PLEA DEAL FOR 9/11 MASTERMIND

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed just got told he's not skipping the death penalty.

A judge gave the green light to his plea deal last year, but then Defense boss Lloyd Austin hit delete.

Now, a U.S. court says Austin did have the power to kill the deal, even though it was already accepted.

The war court drama at Guantanamo? Still not over after XX years.
