@Firefly_Space today announced its filing of a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed IPO. @Firefly_Space intends to list its common stock on the #Nasdaq under the ticker symbol $FLY. Like $RKLB, @Firefly_Space is an end-to-end space company and therefore a direct competitor to $RKLB providing small- to medium-lift launch vehicles, lunar landers, and orbital vehicles. 👇
