Today Mr. Storm moved to dismiss for lack of venue.  The judge denied it noting a NY-based victim of a hack allegedly laundered through TC but deferred judgment until trial and expressed skepticism. She shared concerns about proof of venue. This could be a compelling Rule XX motion. 2/4
