IT IS CLEAR BY THE TRADING FLOWS THAT SAM HAS BEEN LEANING HEAVILY INTO THE $500M ATM.

Yes, they need ~$225M to bring on the XX incremental HPC MW's planned by Q4 '25 at WhiteFiber on line but some of that $ may be raised with an IPO of these HPC assets. (btw, this would translate into ~ $65M in 75-80% margin annual revenue).

... I believe as early as next week we will see another material #ETH purchase. 

I firmly believe that Sam would like to match or exceed the #ETH holdings of $SBET and as such they may wait until they have acquired upwards of another 100,000...
