It would cause BTC to sell off, but as long as stables aren’t sold or converted into the underlying US Treasury bonds then it won’t impact bonds much, nor dollar, if anything dollar would rise more when BTC gets sold for it. This would most likely effect all alts also but it all depends on the magnitude of the selling and the underlying macro and liquidity factors. But in a vacuum, btc price would go down, dollars go up & bonds go up. Assuming when you say sell btc into dollars you mean sell btc for stables?
