Air India preliminary  crash report out and it is shocking. Preliminary report says: No engine fault, no Boeing flaw — fuel switches were moved, killing thrust on BOTH engines mid-air!  Black boxes show pilots gave a MAYDAY, RAT deployed, but it was too late.
