#EXCLUSIVE North West-based businessman Brown Mogotsi has refuted KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi's recent allegations against him and Police Minister Senzo Mchunu. Mogotsi is at the centre of Mkhwanazi's allegation that senior political figures and top police officials are linked to the controversial disbandment of the Political Killings Task Team in KwaZulu-Natal. Mogotsi says the media briefing by General Mkhwanazi happened at the wrong time.
