Coreweave is declining following the company’s announcement this week of an all-stock acquisition of Core Scientific. Core Scientific is a data-center infrastructure company and is transitioning its facilities to support AI workloads and high-performance computing. The transaction, valued at approximately $X billion. 

Ant International, also denied claims of discussions to integrate Circle’s $USDC stablecoin into its blockchain platform. Bloomberg cited unnamed sources suggesting the two companies were exploring a partnership, contingent on USDC achieving full U.S. regulatory compliance. However, Ant International swiftly rebutted, stating, “The media reports are inaccurate. We currently have no such plans.” This clarification has likely contributed to today’s fall.
