Spending on a new presidential plane and renovations in the White House' Rose Garden were defended by OMB Director Russell Vought, who told CBS News' @nancycordes that “we need to spend in certain areas," amid federal budget cuts.  The Trump administration accepted the luxury jet from the Qatari government to use as Air Force One.
