I’m not a young man by anyone’s standard but the first year Markey went to Washington, I was X. Ed Markey’s been in Washington SO LONG, he was there when Democrats stood against foreign wars, fought for free speech and waived American Flags 🇺🇸 When Markey first went to Washington, Fenway tickets were $XXXX and the Red Sox were still cursed. It would be another TWENTY YEARS before the ball goes through Bill Buckner’s legs. 🤦 We have a shot at replacing Markey. The Democrats did a poll inquiring who might be able to beat Markey in a Primary. The only elected Democrat who could beat him is @RepPressley - that’s how FAR LEFT you have to be to win Democratic primary in MA. A February 2025 poll showed that I could potentially beat Markey in a head-to-head matchup. Tbh, I have no idea whether I’ll run again but Markey can be beat!
