This is why home stakers matter! Currently ~10% of the network is home stakers. 

If we get that to XX% then the issue is moot. @LidoFinance is transition to CSM and @Rocket_Pool is launching the Saturn redesign to exponentially increase cap efficiency/tokenomics.
