Is the excess seized will be sent back? As a reminder, when IB froze funds of AH users the contracts had more assets there than what the debt incurred. Will these users given the excess back? It’s not even the debt which is theft as well, it’s even more. That’s the last chance to make things not right, but at least give back to people what they own. TradFi is onboarding on DeFi but we can’t be serious with an ecosystem where users pay for founders bad management and are taken even more funds than expected. Then these founders go raise money for a future risky projects for users (if you scam once, you’ll scam twice, Tascha).
