Vitec cratering on dismal Q2 earnings report. 

I never understood why it was trading at such premium to CSI. Don't like the financing strategy and the ROIICs on M&A. Plus, capitalized costs completely distort screeners' first "valuation" criterion, i.e., EV/EBITDA
