Thread: Impermanent Loss in Liquidity Pools on Hyperion

Just wanted to share a quick personal experience with @hyperion_xyz liquidity pools on @Aptos 

I added XXXXXXX APT and XXXXXXXX USDT to the APT/USDT pool just X days ago. Now, if I withdraw, I’ll get back XXXXXX APT and XXXXXXXX USDT.

With APT currently priced at $5, I’m actually facing a loss compared to if I had just held the tokens. Even though I’ve earned $X in rewards over the past X days, I’m still facing $XX in Impermanent Loss because of the price fluctuation.

In the next posts, I’ll share how you can minimize this risk and make better decisions.
