It’s just a natural hierarchy. For example, the Universe doesn’t have enough computation power to fully simulate itself. Video games don’t simulate individual atoms, they work on simpler entities to achieve XX FPS. God can’t create a being more powerful than himself. When you’re within the system, the best you can do is approximation to simulate the system.
