But this wasn’t a wave of real buyers jumping in.

It was pure liquidation fuel.

• $143M spot volume on Binance, but net inflow of $2.4M, more tokens were being sent to exchanges, likely to sell.

• Derivatives volume exploded to $922M, and open interest jumped nearly +300%, signs of over-leveraged trades building up.

• Over $3.8M in shorts got liquidated in 24h, they got blown out and sent the price flying.
