The U.K. will lose XXXXXX millionaires in 2025. They will take $91billion with them. This is the most of ANY nation. 

Meanwhile the U.A.E will gain XXXXX millionaires. The most of any nation. 

Two simple reasons. Tax and crime. The U.K. is a joke, but where do you go? Dubai?
