Council Member Ellison: You haven’t spent X min with me.

A lot of us, center left and center right Americans, believe our income & wealth inequity is shameful, that this immigration war is despicable, and we cannot call ourselves great UNTIL healthcare and housing become foundations of the American promise.

That’s not far left in our estimation.

But competing with small
businesses, and “seizing the means of production”, and canceling anyone who dare have a different opinion, and shaming success instead of celebrating it, and defending certain minorities with passion while all but ignoring others, and protecting tenure at the expense of talent - those are the far left things that may not be freaking you out, but are pretty disconcerting to a whole lot of pretty reasonable people.
