Trump claimed tariffs would "mean the end of Canada" in May 2025. Now his admin imposes XX% tariffs that'll mean higher prices for Americans - the same failed playbook that crashed US-Canada trade XX% in 2018. 

History repeats as tragedy: Trump's 2018 steel tariffs caused Canadian retaliation on $16.6B US exports. Today's copper/aluminum taxes risk 3,000+ Canadian jobs & supply chains both nations rely on. These aren't "deals" - they're regressive taxes paid by US households through inflated costs and lost contracts. 

When will America learn that tariffs aren't magic wands? They're economic wrecking balls swung by a man who bankrupted casinos.
