NEW: Nicole Shanahan says a whistleblower has come forward accusing the U.S. government of a secret geoengineering program.

"Many lawmakers are funded by utilities & water authorities—organizations that stand to benefit from cloud seeding & other types of weather modification."

"[The whistleblower] told me that despite President Trump’s 2020 directive to halt taxpayer-funded climate change initiatives, federal grants for solar radiation management (SRM), stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI), and other geoengineering technologies are still being issued," Shanahan said.

"The programs haven’t stopped—they’ve just been rebranded."

The revelation was made by Shanahan, who has penned a new 'Dark MAHA Report,' hours after EPA announced it would be releasing more information to the public on geoengineering.
