Abbott is even considering pushing to PRE-DEPLOY Starlink (or similar) to potential disaster areas

EVERY state should do this!

“Starlink has proven to be VERY effective in a lot of places… I think one thing we can all agree upon is that we need to improve the capability of communicating in areas that are potential disaster areas," @GregAbbott_TX said.

It’s VERY DIFFICULT to save lives when communications are down. And the governor is thinking ahead to prepare for the next disaster.
