If you were full-size/overconfident into Orbit interim analysis $MREO $RARE, is there anything in hindsight that you would change?

Did you underestimate binary risk or overestimate downside cushion? (know I did for both)

Now see that I too easily dismissed catalyst desert 2H XX and stubbornly high burn rate (need for a financing to bridge them into 2026)

Lastly, one of my key weaknesses is that I overly fixate on patient stories (such as the kid going from wheelchair to sports)

It's easy to forget that just because a drug works incredibly well in a few patients, doesn't mean it'll ace its endpoints (trial design & execution is everything!)
