How to get out of fulfillment 101:

X - Map entire workflow and each process within.

X - Record in-depth Loom for every task.

3- Give Loom transcript to ChatGPT to make SOP.

X - Add Loom + SOP to trainual.

X - Ask GPT to make a short summary for Slack noti, link Trainual and tag relevant people.

X - Ensure they comment in thread once they've gone through it.

X - Set up implementation step so relevant team members have to execute the task 2-3 times and comment in thread when they're done.

Simple, but it works.
