Off-Duty Montgomery County, MD police officer arrested this AM in Carroll County:

“We are aware that one of our officers was arrested this morning by Carroll County Sheriffs.

This is an external investigation being handled by the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office and we are fully cooperating with them. The officer is currently on administrative leave.

Because it is an active case in another jurisdiction, we have nothing more to add at this time.” (statement, Montgomery County Police)
