IMO, $DOG would only need to pass $5b for the 2nd airdrop to have enough momentum to pass $1b. I would expect instant access to Kraken, possibly others on airdrop. 

Buyers always pay a premium, tho, so Runestone would sell at a multiple for what the airdrop would actually launch at. 

I know you're asking for the $DOG target, but I don't have one. $7b - $10b is elite level for meme's and where $DOG ends up depends on how much momentum it can carry into the #2 spot above $SHIB. 

At that point there's room to run to $20b+ with only X left to flip...but, I can't project that. 

Instead, I believe $5b is the signal to launch the airdrop. You can't say $DOG hasn't made it by then, so I'd expect $DOG to be roughly around $5b pre-snapshot.
