Boyd Gaming $BYD is selling its X% stake in FanDuel to Flutter $FLUT for $1.755B cash. The deal closes Q3 2025, with proceeds going toward debt reduction. Boyd will get fixed fees from FanDuel’s mobile betting in X states through 2038 and expects its online segment to generate ~$50-55M op income and Adj. EBITDAR in 2025.
