Believers,
This week I had my second physical meeting with my lawyer from Templar law and we decided on the design for SMC Community Bank. 

Because of the dynamic staking feature that will allow for a community structure ownership, we will have to X entities. 

SM as the main shareholder that will remain unchange and, "& Co" as the dynamic holding company that will contain all the dynamic shares.

Just for context, the legal fee is XX Million Naira with the first of XX payments going out this week.

I can't emphasize how much we must own a bank as a community.
